The Cornerstones of an Anti Aging Diet
Your diet has a great influence on your skins appearance. Foods and beverages that are unhealthy for your body certainly are not good for your skin, either. While it has been proven a myth that chocolate and French fries don't cause acne, food can improve the look of your skin if it is the right kind of food. Lean protein is best derived from wild caught fish with low mercury levels, skinless free range poultry, nuts and nut butters. There are also organic eggs that contain omega fatty acids.

Another crucial component of any anti aging diet is water. Drink at least 8 glasses per day to stay hydrated. You can add lemon, cucumber or a mix like Crystal Light to some of your water servings.
